FATHER

 The family is getting together, and there's a lot of excitement in the air. MOM (With joy) Everyone, guess what?

 This year, we're hosting Thanksgiving! FATHER (smiling) How beautiful is that? Let's add something unique.

 DAUGHTER (perusing recipe books) A roasted turkey with stuffing would be delicious. SON (curling his head) Not to mention Grandma's renowned pumpkin pie!

 NEIGHBOR (repentant) Our plans did not work out, I hope it's not too late. Could we please join you? FAMILY (friendly) Obviously! More is always better!

 Let's walk around and express our gratitude for something before we eat.

 DAUGHTER with teary eyes Moments like these and family are what I'm grateful for. 

FATHER (lifting his chalice) Cheers to love, joy, and a table laden with blessings. Cheers to Thanksgiving!
